Ms. Candaras and Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0300, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0300, by adding at the end thereof the following wording:-  “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for  Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield to provide technical assistance to small businesses in urban communities”
