Mr. Petruccelli moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0101, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0101, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that funds shall be expended for the purpose of technical assistance by Homes for Families."
