Messrs. Welch and Rosenberg and Ms. Candaras moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0021, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0021, by inserting the following the words:- “; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expend for the launch and operation of the New England Public Radio located in the city of Springfield”; and in said item 7002-0021, by striking out the figures “5,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- “5,150,000”.
