Mr. Petruccelli moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099,  by inserting after the words “security requirements” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for the provision of emergency services operated by Community Action Programs Inter-City, Inc. for the communities of Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop”; and in the same item, by striking out the figures “$6,460,145” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:-   “$6,635,145”.
