Mr. Donnelly moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the renovation and rehabilitation of the historic Central Public Safety headquarters in Arlington Center".
