Mr. Welch and Ms. Candaras moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7003-1206, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-1206, by inserting after the word “organizations” the following:-  “; provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce;” and in said item 7003-1206 by striking out the figure “$750,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$850,000”
