Methuen Rail Trail

Ms. O'Connor Ives moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900 by adding at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for survey, design and improvement to the Rail Trail in the City of Methuen.”
