Messrs. Tarr and Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0300, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0300, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“provided, that there shall be a grant program for community development corporations located in designated port areas and for the planning of projects to assist commercial fishing such as the pretreatment of wastewater resulting from seafood processing”
