Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0102, moved that the bill be amended, in section 2, in item 7004-0102, by adding the following words: "provided, that not less than $200,000 be expended for the River House shelter in the city of Beverly"; and, in said item 7004-0102, by striking the figures “$40,551,657” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- “$40,751,657”.
