Ms. Jehlen moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

"and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the historic West Medford Community Center."
