New Lease Program for Homeless Families

Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Candaras, Ms. Creem, Messrs. DiDomenico, Joyce and Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, <w:p><w:r><w:t xml:space="preserve">move that the bill be amended, in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following words:- “; and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the implementation and evaluation of establishing a homeless family preference in private multi-family housing”; and

in said section 2, in said item 7004-0099, by striking out the figure “$6,460,145” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$6,560,145”.
