Joyce, Kennedy, Tarr, McGee and Petruccelli moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0640-0300, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by striking out the figure "$9,591,595" and inserting in place thereof the figure:- "$12,000,000"
