Messrs. Joyce and Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8100-0111, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 8100-0111, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further that not less that $500,000 shall be expended for violence prevention and intervention programming in the town of Randolph"
