Ms. Spilka and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended moved that the bill be amended by inserting, after section __, the following new sections:-

"SECTION XX. Paragraph (a) of section 2F of chapter ninety of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the number “1,500” in the second sentence; in the third sentence; and in the fourth sentence and inserting in each place thereof the number: - 500.

SECTION XX. Paragraph (b) of section 2F of chapter ninety of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out the number “3,000” in the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the number: – 1000."
