Mr. Hedlund moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "provided further that the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the University of Massachusetts – Lowell conduct a feasibility study on clean air transit buses"
