Mr. Joyce moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0700, moved that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0700, by inserting the following:- “; provided further that funds may be expended for critical repairs and expansion of community-based care at Milton Hospital”.
