Mr. Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended moved that the bill be amended by inserting the following new section:-

XX.  Chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012 in Section 271, in lines 5 and 6, is hereby amended by striking out the words “fiscal year 2015 and fiscal year 2016” and inserting in place thereof the words “fiscal years 2015 through 2021” and by striking out the figure “2016” in Section 307 and inserting in place thereof the figure “2021”.
