Mr. Richard T. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended moved that the bill be amended by inserting, after section xx, the following new section:-

SECTION XX.  Section 15 of chapter 12C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 36, after the words “consumer affairs and business regulations” the following:- “, the chair of the health policy commission, or designee,”.
