Amendment #34 to H2015

Rule 44, allowing for debate

Representatives Diehl of Whitman and O'Connell of Taunton moves to amend the order in section 44 by striking the sentence in lines 957 through 959 and replacing it with:-

“Motions to reconsider moved at such informal session shall only be taken up during the next full formal session and no new business shall be entertained, except by unanimous consent.

Should no formal sessions be scheduled prior to the conclusion of the biennial session, members will be notified of the motions having been moved pursuant to rule 42B."
