Consideration Time For Polls

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich and Poirier of North Attleborough move to amend the order by inserting in proposed rule 1D at the end of the first paragraph after the word “hours.” the following:

“A list of matters and copies of all bills that are to be voted on at an executive session shall be made available to the members of each committee electronically no less 6 hours prior to their consideration.”
