Collective bargaining

Mr. Wolf moves to amend the bill by striking out all after the enacting clause and inserting in place thereof the following text:-

“Section 59B of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “chapter”, in line 36, the following words:- ; provided, however, that the hiring, promotion and termination of employees in custodial, maintenance and other non-teaching positions shall be conducted in accordance with any governing collective bargaining agreement”.
