Motor Vehicle Record Accessibility

Mr. Montigny moves to amend the bill by inserting after the word “vehicle” the following words:- “; and provided further, that the information required to be contained in a used vehicle record is readily accessible by officials authorized to view the record and the information contained in the record upon request and without undue delay.”.
