Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill moves to amend House, No. 3196 in section 1 by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-  “No further deductions shall be made from the regular compensation of Coleman Bushnell under chapter 32 of the General Laws for any service subsequent to March 28, 2017, and upon retirement, he shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that which he would have been entitled had he retired on that date.”.
