Amendment #1 to H3324

Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill moves to amend House, No. 3324 by striking out section 1 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“SECTION 1. The second sentence of subsection (a) of section 8-3 of article 8 of the charter of the city of Newton, which is on file in the office of the archivist of the commonwealth as provided in section 12 of chapter 43B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out the words “, which shall be a Tuesday”.”
