Amendment #1 to H3354

An Act exempting the position of auditor in the city of Woburn from civil services laws

The committee on Bills in the Third Reading recommends that the bill be amended moves to amend House, No. 3354 by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION 2. Section 1 shall not impair the civil service status of any person holding the position of auditor of the city of Woburn on the effective date of this act.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.”.
