An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Janet Maslowski, an employee of the Franklin/Hampshire Juvenile Court

The committee on Ways and Means recommends that the bill be amended by striking out, in lines 2 and 3, the words “Franklin/Hampshire juvenile court shall establish a sick leave bank for Janet Maslowski, an employee of the trial court”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “trial court shall establish a sick leave bank for Janet Maslowski, an employee of the Franklin/Hampshire juvenile court in the department of the trial court”;

"An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Janet Maslowski, an employee of the trial court"

and by striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title:- “An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Janet Maslowski, an employee of the trial court.”.
