Amendment #1 to H3375

Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill moves to amend House, No. 3375 by striking out section 1 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 167 of the acts of 2001 is hereby amended by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Any license issued pursuant to this act shall be subject to all of chapter 138 of the General Laws except section 17 of said chapter 138 and, regardless of when it was issued, shall not count towards the number of licenses that may be issued in the town pursuant to said section 17.”.
