Restoration of Funding for Previously Selected Hospitality Sector Pipeline Training Grant Grantees

Representatives Rushing of Boston, Kafka of Stoughton, Poirier of North Attleborough, Fox of Boston, Cutler of Duxbury, Decker of Cambridge, Malia of Boston, Devers of Lawrence, Holmes of Boston and Honan of Boston move to amend the bill in Section 2 by inserting after line number 7002-0040 the following item:

7002-1505  For the Advanced Manufacturing, Technology and Hospitality Training Trust Fund established in section 2OOOO of chapter 29 of the General Laws; provided, that the executive office of housing and economic development shall award the full amount of each grant to each organization previously selected by the commonwealth corporation for hospitality sector pipeline training grants; provided further, the executive office of housing and economic development, in cooperation with the commonwealth corporation, shall award not less than $300,000 to the New England Center for Arts and Technology…$12,000,000.
