Amendment #103 to H3400

Tanner Street Realignment Project

Representatives Nangle of Lowell, Golden of Lowell and Mom of Lowell move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX.

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no less than $500,000 shall be appropriated for the design, construction and realignment of Tanner Street in Lowell as part of the overall urban renewal plan of the Ayer’s City Industrial Park region of the City of Lowell.”
