Unaccompanied Homeless Youth Services

Representatives O'Day of West Boylston, Rogers of Cambridge, Vega of Holyoke, Donahue of Worcester, Calter of Kingston, Gordon of Bedford, Balser of Newton, Dwyer of Woburn, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Finn of West Springfield, Linsky of Natick, Hecht of Watertown, Keefe of Worcester, Kafka of Stoughton, Khan of Newton, Madaro of Boston, Barber of Somerville, Fox of Boston, Scibak of South Hadley, Livingstone of Boston, Smizik of Brookline, Gonzalez of Springfield, Gifford of Wareham, Ultrino of Malden, Malia of Boston, Tosado of Springfield, Decker of Cambridge, McMurtry of Dedham, Day of Stoneham, Pignatelli of Lenox, Velis of Westfield, Toomey of Cambridge, Fiola of Fall River and Garballey of Arlington move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, by inserting after the words "urban, suburban, and rural areas of the commonwealth" the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $1,500,000 shall be expended to provide support services to unaccompanied youth experiencing homelessness, in accordance with Chapter 450 of the Acts of 2014;"

and further moves to amend said item by striking out the figure “$91,640,452” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$93,140,452”.
