Connect program

Representatives Ryan of Boston and Vincent of Revere move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0108, by inserting the following: "provided further, that no less than $385,000 shall be expended to the CONNECT program located in Chelsea Massachusetts"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$31,250,331" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$31,635,331".
