Quincy Animal Shelter and Dog Park

Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0100, by adding the following: "not less than the amount of $400,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of an animal shelter facility and dog park on DCR-owned property in West Quincy".
