Representatives Brodeur of Melrose and McMurtry of Dedham move to amend the bill in section 2 in item 7002-1506 by adding at the end thereof the following:  “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for infrastructure improvements for the promotion and growth of economic development in the Town of Wakefield.
