Mr. Gonzalez of Springfield moves that the bill be amended in section 2, after line item 8100-0111, by adding the following line item:

xxxx-xxxx “provided further that not less than $160,000 shall be expended for the New North Citizens' Council & the Springfield Police Department for the shot-spotter”.
