Amendment #1051 to H3400

Silent Spring Institute

Mr. Frost of Auburn moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

“SECTION XX. Silent Spring Institute shall be expended $254,000 for water quality research to detect hormone disruptors, carcinogens, and other water contaminants across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, subject to the appropriation of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.”
