Amendment #1068 to H3400

DMH Southeast Area Sites Emergency Services

Representatives Fiola of Fall River, Schmid of Westport, Silvia of Fall River, Vieira of Falmouth, Calter of Kingston, DuBois of Brockton, Galvin of Canton, Madden of Nantucket, Orrall of Lakeville, Malia of Boston, Cabral of New Bedford, Garry of Dracut, Fernandes of Milford, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Gifford of Wareham, DiZoglio of Methuen, Cantwell of Marshfield and Puppolo of Springfield move to amend the bill in Section 2, in Item 5046-0000, by adding the following: "provided further, that no less than $2,390,773 shall be expended for Department of Mental Health publicly provided Adult Mental Health and Support Services in the Southeast Area;” and in item 5047-0001, by adding the following: “provided further, that no less than $1,207,781 shall be expended for Department of Mental Health publicly provided Emergency Services in the Southeast Area;” and in item 5095-0015, by adding the following: “provided further, that no less than $1,059,255 shall be expended for Department of Mental Health publicly provided Emergency Services in the Southeast Area.”
