Amendment #1086 to H3400

Mobile College Planning Centers

Representatives Mark of Peru and Kocot of Northampton move that the bill be amended in item 7066-0000, be inserting after “relations” the following:- “; provided further that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for a grant program to Massachusetts Higher Education Assistance Corporation, dba American Student Assistance, in Boston for the operation of a state-wide Mobile College Planning Center to help Massachusetts families develop a comprehensive plan for college financing”; and in the appropriation by striking out the figures "$3,054,371" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,154,371".
