Substance Abuse Treatment and Services

Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in item 4512-0200 by adding to the end as follows:

“providing further notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary not less than $150,000 to be appropriated to develop and administer a program to prevent and treat addiction to opioid and related substances. The program shall be administered by a community health center agency that has a 24/7 emergency department licensed as a satellite emergency facility under 105 CMR 130.”
