Amendment #134 to H3400

Income Taxes

Ms. Provost of Somerville moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX. Section 4 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (b) and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-

(b) Part B taxable income shall be taxed at the rate of 5.15 per cent for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2015."
