Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by inserting after "services,"  the following: “provided that no less than $100,000 be expended to the Charlestown Against Drugs/Charlestown Substance Abuse Coalition program in the Charlestown neighborhood of the city of Boston.”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$97,075, 501" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$97,175,501".
