Amendment #148 to H3400

Lawrence Family Development and Education Fund

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 7035-0002 by adding the following:-

provided further that $125,000 shall be allocated to the Lawrence Family Development and Education Fund to assist in citizenship education, citizenship application assistance, ESL classes, and computer training for low-income adults; and in said item by striking out the figure "29,156,340" and inserting in place thereof the figure "29,281,340".
