Talk/Read/Suceed Initiative

Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-3036, by adding the following:

", provided further, that not less than $350,401 shall be expended for the Talk/Read/Succeed initiative in the City of Springfield.”
