Rotary development in the Tower Hill section of Lawrence

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 9700-0000 the following item:-

“$300,000 to assist in the development of a rotary at the intersection of Hancock Street, School Street, Floral Street and Doyle Street in the Tower Hill neighborhood of the City of Lawrence”
