Amendment #170 to H3400

Relative to Essex Tech

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

Section XX:

The first sentence of Section 13 of Chapter 463 of the Acts of 2004 as amended by Chapter 130 of the Acts of 2010 and Chapter 95 of the Acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out the words “July 1, 2015” and inserting the following:- “July 1, 2016”.

And further, the second sentence of said Section 13 is hereby amended by striking out the words “July 1, 2015” and inserting the following:- “July 1, 2016”.
