Amendment #172 to H3400

Authorizing Douglas Spending Related to Douglas State Park

Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following:-

“; provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended by the Town of Douglas for the operation of Douglas State Park; provided further, that the Town of Douglas may charge a park entrance fee of not less than $1 to be collected from each visitor to the Douglas State Park.”.
