Amendment #182 to H3400

Appeals Classification

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XX. Section 49 of chapter 30 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- Any manager or employee of the Commonwealth objecting to any provision of the classification affecting his office or position may appeal in writing to the personnel administrator.”.
