Amendment #183 to H3400

Alcoholic Beverage Sales

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section: -

“SECTION XX. Chapter 138 of the General Laws as so appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting, after section 33B, the following new section:-

Section 33C. Establishments currently holding a license to sell alcohol to be drunk on the premises shall be permitted to sell, alcoholic beverages or alcohol at a discounted price, provided that such beverages are listed at a discounted price for at least three week days between Sunday to Wednesday, inclusive.”.
