Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Section 4 of chapter 505 of the acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out the words “July 1, 2015” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  90 days following the promulgation and release of regulations by the office of the attorney general regarding the implementation of the policy
