Amendment #207 to H3400

MBTA Board Terms

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

“SECTION XX. Section 2 of Chapter 6C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 12 the words “for a term of 4 years” and replacing it with the following:-

“who shall be coterminous with the governor,”.
