Amendment #220 to H3400

IT Upgrade PARCC Reimbursement

Representatives Orrall of Lakeville, Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the state treasurer shall annually, on or before November twentieth, reimburse any city, town, regional school district or independent vocational school for expenditures incurred during the previous fiscal year for upgrading informational technology hardware, software and training for compliance with the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Career.”.
